How renting from us works
1. Find a unit
Filter by city, rent and size. Each listing shows the details we can publish, including what is included and who handles maintenance.
2. Apply online
Complete the application on this site. You will be told exactly what information is requested and how to upload documents.
3. Review
We review applications in the order they are received and keep you informed through your applicant portal.
4. Sign and move in
Once approved, we prepare the lease and set up your tenant portal for charges, recorded payments and maintenance requests. Rent itself is arranged with the office according to the applicable lease.

How rent is paid
Payment arrangements are handled directly with the office according to the applicable lease. Online payments and autopay are not available on this site, and no third-party provider is processing live transactions.
This site does not collect card or bank account numbers.
