About Evans Rental Properties
An owner-managed rental portfolio in Alabama.
Who we are
Evans Rental Properties owns and manages its own residential and commercial rental property. Because the same people own the property and answer the phone, decisions about repairs, lease terms and tenant requests do not pass through layers of third parties.
Our portfolio currently includes 0 published units across 0 residential and 0 commercial spaces.
How we operate
- Applications are reviewed in the order received, against the same written criteria
- We tell applicants what information we need, and why
- Maintenance requests are logged, assigned and tracked to completion
- Rent, charges and payments are itemised; nothing is added without a record
- Security deposits are held separately and accounted for individually
