Accessibility
Our commitment and how to ask for help.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find a home through this site. The site is built to be usable with a keyboard alone, with screen readers, and at high zoom levels, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate pages
- A skip-to-content link on every page
- Visible focus outlines on all interactive controls
- Form fields with real labels, hints and inline error messages
- Text and interface colours checked for sufficient contrast
- No flow depends on JavaScript; the site works with scripts disabled
- Respects the “reduce motion” setting on your device
- Images carry alternative text describing the property
Known limitations
Photographs supplied for listings may not always have complete descriptions, and we are working through the portfolio to add them. Legacy documents uploaded as scanned images cannot be read by a screen reader; if you need a document in another format, ask us.
Reasonable accommodations
If you need help completing an application, need information in a different format, or need an accommodation related to a disability, contact the office and we will work with you. You do not need to use this website to apply — we can take your application another way.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site does not work for you, please let us know and describe what happened. We treat accessibility reports as defects, not suggestions.
